Brand Story
Hi Bowl was founded in 2023. Our founding team, inspired by Japan’s culinary craftsmanship, traveled to Japan multiple times to research and replicate this unique dish. In our restaurants, we have refined and reinterpreted traditional Japanese cooking techniques. We stick to tradition by freshly preparing each bowl in front of our customers but add in our special touch by selectively importing ingredients for a consistent dining experience. We aim to deliver Japanese style dining experiences at an accessible price.
